Register for Music Together®

Step 1: REGISTRATION FORM. Complete a registration form with preferred class times. You can print this page, fill it out and mail it to Moorestown School of Music, 301 Union St, Moorestown, NJ 08057; or, fill it out online and hit send below to email it.

Step 2: PAYMENT.  Send us the form with your payment.
          - Mail or drop off the printed registration form with a check
          - Mail or drop off the registration form and pay by PayPal
          - Submit the online form and mail or drop off a check
          - Submit the online form and pay by PayPal

Your registration is complete when both a registration form and payment have reached us.  Families currently enrolled in Fall Music Together have priority registration through November 5, after which all registrations are first come, first served.

Refunds:  Full refunds if you do not get into a class of your choice.  Refunds of all but $15 per child for cancellations before the first class.  NO REFUNDS more than 24 hours after the 1st class.
